Subscription & Billing Terms.
Our services are designed around the individual needs of each client. These terms explain how custom subscription pricing, recurring payments, renewals, cancellation requests, billing changes, and refunds are handled.
Luminvora Digital LLC provides services tailored to different business requirements. Some services may be purchased through recurring subscriptions, while others are one-time purchases or manually renewed agreements.
These Terms describe the general framework. The specific price, service scope, billing schedule, renewal arrangement, and cancellation conditions must be disclosed and agreed for each applicable customer transaction.
01. Subscription & Billing Overview
These Subscription & Billing Terms apply to qualifying recurring service arrangements offered by Luminvora Digital LLC .
Depending on the customer's needs, recurring services may include:
- Ongoing SEO optimization and website consulting.
- GEO and AEO strategy and content support.
- Recurring digital marketing services.
- Custom AI agent management or maintenance.
- Business automation monitoring and workflow support.
- Other continuing professional or digital services expressly agreed with a customer.
The inclusion of a service category does not mean that every service is offered as a subscription or that recurring checkout is currently available for every product.
These Terms supplement our Terms & Conditions and any individual accepted service agreement.
02. Types of Service Arrangements
Not all ongoing business relationships involve automatic recurring billing.
Depending on the accepted agreement, a purchase may fall into one of the following categories.
One-Time Payment
A single payment for the particular product or project described in the accepted order.
Manually Renewed Service
Continuing work where the customer separately approves payment or renewal when required.
Automatic Subscription
A recurring payment arrangement expressly authorized by the customer before the first automatic charge.
Custom Milestone Billing
A service project where agreed payments are linked to defined stages or project milestones.
Important: A one-time payment or manually paid invoice does not authorize automatic recurring charges merely because the customer previously purchased a service.
03. Custom Pricing & Individual Quotations
Subscription prices are determined individually according to each customer's requirements.
Pricing may reflect factors such as:
- The type and scope of services requested.
- Website size and technical complexity.
- Number of projects, websites, or workflows.
- AI integrations, automation requirements, and API usage.
- Reporting, monitoring, and support needs.
- Service duration and workload.
Information Provided Before Payment
Before a customer accepts a subscription, the relevant quotation, agreement, or checkout information must identify the actual:
- Price and billing currency.
- Billing interval or payment frequency.
- Included services and material usage limits.
- Initial payment and any future recurring payment obligations.
- Contract duration and renewal conditions.
- Cancellation procedure and applicable effective dates.
- Applicable taxes and mandatory fees.
A general website statement that pricing is customized does not replace these transaction-specific disclosures.
04. Recurring Payment Authorization
Automatic recurring billing may be established only after the customer receives the material subscription terms and provides the required affirmative authorization.
This authorization must correspond to the actual payment arrangement being offered.
What Authorization Covers
Depending on the agreed subscription, the payment authorization identifies the approved amount, billing frequency, payment method, duration or renewal arrangement, and any other required information.
No Automatic Enrollment
Sending a business inquiry, requesting a quotation, or making a one-time purchase does not automatically enroll someone in a paid subscription.
Records of Consent
Where appropriate, subscription acceptance and payment authorization records may be retained to document the customer's agreement and support legitimate billing inquiries.
Such records are handled in accordance with applicable privacy and recordkeeping obligations.
Billing Protection: A customer's silence or failure to respond to a proposal does not establish consent to a new recurring payment obligation.
05. Billing Cycles & Payment Schedules
Subscription billing schedules depend on the specific service agreement.
A subscription may use a monthly, quarterly, annual, or other expressly agreed billing interval.
These examples do not mean that every billing interval is necessarily available.
Billing Date
The initial billing date and future billing schedule must be disclosed or made determinable before the customer authorizes the subscription.
Recurring Charges
For an authorized automatically renewing subscription, charges may recur at the interval stated in the accepted terms until cancellation or another agreed ending event.
Manual Invoicing
If an agreement uses manual invoicing rather than automatic recurring payment, the invoice's due date and payment conditions will apply.
A manually payable invoice does not by itself authorize automatic future payment collection.
06. Automatic Renewal & Continuation
An ongoing subscription will renew automatically only where automatic renewal is part of the disclosed and authorized arrangement.
The applicable renewal interval, renewal price, and cancellation conditions must be communicated before authorization.
Renewal Notices
Renewal reminders, price-change notices, and other communications will be provided where required by applicable law or the accepted agreement.
Preventing Future Renewal
Customers may cancel recurring billing using the applicable cancellation method made available for their subscription.
Any relevant cancellation deadline needed to prevent the next charge must be disclosed before the customer agrees to recurring billing.
We will not restart a canceled recurring payment authorization without any new authorization required by law or the applicable payment provider.
07. Free Trials, Discounts & Promotions
If Luminvora Digital offers a free trial, reduced-price introductory period, or promotional subscription, the relevant offer must explain its actual conditions.
These may include the trial duration, included features, promotional price, expiry date, and the regular price that will apply afterward.
Trial-to-Paid Conversion
A trial will convert into a paid recurring subscription only if this arrangement has been clearly disclosed and lawfully authorized before the paid charge occurs.
Ending a Trial
Where a trial includes recurring billing, customers must receive the applicable method and timing for preventing future charges.
This section does not represent that a particular free trial or promotion is currently available.
08. Subscription Changes, Upgrades & Price Adjustments
A customer may request changes to the scope of a recurring service or subscription.
Changes may involve additional websites, reporting, integrations, AI capabilities, or support.
Upgrades & Downgrades
Changes affecting service scope, pricing, or billing frequency will be explained and agreed where required before implementation.
Prorated Charges
A plan change may involve a prorated charge, credit, or other adjustment only where the applicable calculation and conditions are agreed and disclosed.
Proration is not automatically included with every service or subscription.
Price Increases
Proposed price increases affecting existing subscriptions will be handled according to applicable notice and consent requirements.
A new or higher recurring charge will not be imposed without the authorization required by law and the accepted agreement.
09. Accepted Payment Methods & Processing
Available payment methods depend on the checkout or payment arrangement offered for the particular purchase.
Payments may be processed by independent third-party payment providers where those methods are available and properly authorized.
Payment Provider Terms
A payment provider may impose additional terms related to payment authorization, stored credentials, billing agreements, transaction security, and cancellation.
Stored Payment Methods
Where customers choose to save an eligible payment method, its subsequent use must comply with the authorization given and applicable provider rules.
Saving a payment method for convenience does not independently authorize unlimited or undisclosed recurring charges.
Updating Payment Information
Where an authorized payment platform provides an account management portal, customers may be able to update their payment information there.
Customers may also contact support for information about the appropriate procedure for their subscription.
We do not request complete payment-card numbers or security codes through ordinary email.
10. Invoices, Receipts & Taxes
Where applicable, purchase confirmations, invoices, or receipts may be provided through the relevant checkout, billing platform, or agreed business communication channel.
Transaction Information
Billing records may identify the service, transaction date, price, currency, tax information, and applicable payment status.
Applicable Taxes
Taxes depend on the relevant transaction, jurisdiction, customer status, and applicable legal requirements.
The customer must be informed of applicable taxes and mandatory fees in accordance with the relevant disclosure rules.
Billing Questions
If an invoice appears incorrect, please contact:
11. Failed Payments, Overdue Invoices & Service Access
Payments may fail because of expired payment methods, insufficient funds, authentication requirements, provider restrictions, or other processing issues.
Failed Recurring Charges
Where a subscription payment fails, the applicable payment provider may support retry processes or billing notifications.
Any retry must remain within the customer's valid payment authorization and applicable legal rules.
Overdue Amounts
For properly owed amounts, the customer may be asked to update the payment method or settle the outstanding invoice.
Suspension of Service
Where an unpaid balance materially affects an ongoing agreement, service suspension or termination may be considered only as permitted by the applicable contract and law.
Any required notice and opportunity to resolve the issue will be respected.
This policy does not authorize arbitrary late fees or undisclosed penalties.
12. How to Cancel a Subscription
Customers may request cancellation of an active recurring subscription through the cancellation process provided for that arrangement.
For assistance, contact:
Cancellation Request Steps
Include the name or business name, purchase email, and invoice or subscription reference, if available.
State that you want to cancel your subscription or stop future recurring billing.
Where an online checkout or provider offers a cancellation portal, you may use the applicable available method.
We aim to acknowledge ordinary requests within 24–48 hours and communicate the relevant subscription status.
Online Cancellation
Where a subscription is sold online and applicable law or payment-provider rules require an accessible online cancellation method, that method must be made available.
Email assistance is not intended to replace any online cancellation process that must legally be provided.
No Unreasonable Obstacles
Customers will not be required to purchase another service or accept an unrelated offer merely to submit a valid cancellation.
Additional identity verification may be requested only when reasonably necessary and consistent with applicable legal requirements.
Cancellation Timing: Our 24–48-hour acknowledgment target does not extend or postpone a cancellation that is already effective under the applicable law, provider procedure, or agreed terms.
13. Cancellation Effective Date & Service Access
The consequences of cancellation depend on the customer's agreed service arrangements and applicable law.
Stopping Future Charges
Once cancellation of recurring billing becomes effective, no additional recurring charge may be made under the canceled authorization.
Current Billing Period
Depending on the accepted subscription terms, access or services may end immediately or continue until the end of the current paid period.
The applicable arrangement must be made clear to the customer.
Fixed-Term Service Commitments
Some separately negotiated commercial service agreements may include a minimum term or other continuing contractual obligations.
Stopping future payment authorization does not necessarily cancel a separate lawfully enforceable service debt.
Any such obligations remain subject to the accepted agreement and mandatory consumer protections.
Customer Data & Project Materials
Where a subscription involves access to a hosted service or custom AI system, any agreed data export, handover, or access termination procedure should be handled under the relevant agreement and data protection requirements.
14. Subscription Refunds, Credits & Proration
Cancellation and refund eligibility are separate matters.
Canceling a subscription does not automatically result in a refund for every amount previously paid.
Already-Paid Periods
Whether unused time qualifies for a refund or credit depends on the accepted billing conditions and applicable law.
Potential Refund Situations
A refund or billing correction may be appropriate in circumstances including:
- An incorrect or duplicate subscription charge.
- A charge that was not authorized.
- A charge made after cancellation became legally or contractually effective.
- A qualifying failure to supply the agreed service.
- Another situation where a refund is required under the agreement or applicable law.
Requesting a Refund
Please send refund requests to:
We aim to acknowledge the request within 24–48 hours.
Review and processing may take additional time, subject to applicable legal deadlines.

15. Billing Errors, Unauthorized Charges & Disputes
If a customer believes a subscription charge is incorrect, duplicated, or unauthorized, they may contact our billing support.
Information for Review
Useful details may include:
- Purchase email or company name.
- Invoice or transaction reference.
- Date and amount of the disputed charge.
- Description of the issue.
Investigation
Relevant subscription agreements, payment records, cancellations, and service delivery records may be reviewed to assess the issue.
Payment Provider Rights
Customers retain applicable rights to raise payment disputes with their card issuer, bank, or payment provider.
Nothing in these Terms requires a customer to waive legally protected dispute or chargeback rights.
16. Billing Information, Records & Privacy
Subscription administration may involve processing customer information necessary for billing, service delivery, communication, accounting, and compliance.
Depending on the arrangement, this information may include:
- Customer and business contact details.
- Agreed subscription scope and billing plan.
- Payment status and transaction references.
- Invoices, receipts, and billing history.
- Customer authorization and cancellation records.
Payment providers may independently process information necessary to operate their payment services under their own applicable privacy notices.
For more information about our handling of personal information, see our Privacy Policy .
17. Consumer Protection & Applicable Rights
Customers may have mandatory legal rights related to recurring payments, renewal disclosures, trial conversions, cancellation, digital services, and refunds.
Requirements may differ depending on the customer's location, the nature of the subscription, and the laws governing the transaction.
Consumer Subscriptions
Where consumer subscription laws apply, material renewal terms must be clearly disclosed, consent must be lawfully obtained, and any legally required cancellation method must be made available.
Business Agreements
A separately negotiated business-to-business agreement may include particular billing, scope, and duration commitments, subject to applicable law.
Mandatory Protections
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If a term conflicts with a mandatory legal protection, the applicable protection takes precedence.
18. Changes to Subscription Terms
Luminvora Digital LLC may update these general Subscription & Billing Terms to reflect changes in services, billing systems, operational practices, or applicable law.
The updated version will display its most recent revision date.
Existing Customer Agreements
Publishing revised website Terms does not automatically change an existing subscription's price, billing frequency, or contractual obligations.
Material changes affecting an active subscription will be handled under applicable notice and agreement requirements.
Where customer consent is required for a change, the change will not take effect without that consent.
